TERMS OF SALE

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us by email to get it resolved.
  • If you have received a defective item, or an item that is different from what you ordered, you need to notify us within 3 days of the date that you received it.
  • Our return policy will not be applicable if you simply changed your mind.

SHIPPING

  • We deliver using Australia Post. If you require express postage an extra charge will be applicable.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, much less to most areas.
  • Item will not ship until payment had been received in full.
  • Due to occupational health and safety, pick up is NOT available at our warehouse.
  • If a problem does arise, please contact us first, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is appreciated within 7 days of purchase.
  • If for some reason you are unable to pay in that time frame please contact us so that we can make alternate arrangements for you.
  • Payment to be made only through Pay Pal at this time.
  • As soon as we have received your cleared payment your items will be shipped.
